Presently, Carl assumes the esteemed role of Founder and CEO of Siscode/GH, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering young underprivileged girls in acquiring IT and coding skills. Furthermore, he leads SportyReps, a cutting-edge sports talent recruitment agency, and spearheads Acumain Global, an intern recruitment portal that will facilitate the hiring of interns for UK small businesses and startups from the African continent, starting off in Ghana.
