Carl is a UK Global Talent, Doctor of Finance, accomplished explorer, and multifaceted entrepreneur with a passion for creating meaningful social and economic impact. Having travelled to 25 countries, he has set himself the ambitious goal of visiting 40 more before the age of 40.

His diverse career spans finance, banking, sports, technology, real estate, social entrepreneurship, and innovation. He is a FIFA Agent and a passionate advocate for gender equality, youth empowerment, and STEM education. He has also built extensive professional experience as a banker, social entrepreneur, social innovator, business adviser, and real estate professional, with strong connections across Ghana, the UK, and the Netherlands.

Carl is the Founder and CEO of Siscode/GH, a not-for-profit organisation focused on empowering underprivileged young girls through access to IT and coding education. He also leads SportyReps, an innovative sports talent recruitment agency, and is the driving force behind Acumain Global, an internship recruitment platform designed to connect UK small businesses and startups with talented young professionals from Africa, beginning with Ghana.

Throughout his career, Carl has worked with major banking institutions, where he has contributed innovative ideas aimed at transforming banking operations and harnessing the power of data and analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency. Alongside his corporate experience, he provides business advisory and consultancy services, helping organisations identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and achieve sustainable growth.
